The individual must - Have at least 3 years experience in dental customer service - Have a very friendly, open and approachable persona. - Be motivated, reliable, enthusiastic and friendly - Enjoy being around and working with people - Have excellent organizational skills - Have excellent multitasking skills - Be familiar with Dentrix and Eaglesoft
Our customers are our most important asset so your primary role would be to make sure our customers are ALWAYS content via o Welcoming customers, o Addressing telephone inquires from multiple phone lines o Scheduling appointments o Insurance verification o Data entry
